We want you to love every sip and every stitch. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Coffee Products Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on opened coffee bags. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no charge.

Merch (Tees, Hoodies, Headwear, Gaming Desk Mats) We accept returns on merch items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
